  • FOTD // concert edition | collab

    Hello everyone!

    Hope you’re all well!

Today i have a FOTD (face of the day) for you. This is a collab with the amazing bookandbeauty she has a great blog and instagram and you should definitely go follow her because she is amazing!

Megan will be doing the outfit side of things so be sure to check her post out for outfit inspiration.

    Right then, shall we begin?

Above you will see a photo of everything i put on my face. But I’m going to talk a little more about each product and in what order I apply them.

Firstly I applied the Maybelline baby skin primer in ´cool rose’. This is a really nice and cooling primer and it helps to keep my makeup in place.

Then I applied my foundation of choice which on this particular day was the Bourjois healthy mix foundation. This has a medium coverage and gives a really nice dewy finish. I love it!

Next up is powder, I applied my holy grail which is the Maybelline fit me powder. As you can see I have hit pan on this so I obviously love it! I have already repurchased this.

Moving on to eyes. I only wore a bit of eyeshadow from the Too Faced chocolate bar palette. I applied the shade ‘marzipan’ all over the lid and then a little bit of a bit of ‘semi-sweet’ in the crease.

As for mascara I am very lucky to have VERY long eyelashes so I didn’t apply any on this particular day. Call me weird for not doing so but I just didn’t feel the need to.

On to lips, I moisturised my lips using the Nivea lip balm and then I applied the Bourjois rouge edition velvet in the shade ‘Don’t pink of it’. This has a nice matte finish and it’s a really nice natural colour. The only thing I don’t like about it is the scent.

So that’s it for today everyone. I hope you enjoyed today’s post. Don’t forget to check out Megan’s blog. I’m sure it will be amazing.

I hope you enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
